we must stop this
 Dear Tony Romo      Tuesday, 10/30/07

Dear Tony Romo,

I heard your denial about you and Britnasty. Even though it was less than convincing, at LEAST you are smart enough to deny your temporary insanity. Britnasty and her partying cousin are not doing you any favors. After your denial, THIS (click here) photo of them out and about sporting a DALLAS COWBOY cap was taken. Hmmmmm somebody is smitten with my quarterback. BACK OFF MS. ALLI SIMS!!!! For the love of God of T, don't bring these hoochies to Dallas. ( We have enough hooch here) And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get that hat back. ( I suggest a HazMat team, I would not handle the cap yourself. ) These people are in a battle for Britnastys kids and they are out partying. ( wearing a C'boy hat no less!) Unbelievable. Poor kids. Rid yourself of these people T. No more talk about Britnasty, we must focus. Eagles. Focus.

It's Raining Girls
 Hot Air      Monday, 10/29/07

Kristie, one of my bestest, closest, sister-like friends was in town this week for her baby shower. I tried to put together something nice for her and she had a really good turn out of friends and family. I enjoyed being with her and still can not believe she is pregnant. Kristie is having a little girl ( name undecided) and I can't wait until she gets here. We are expecting a late Dec birth, just in time for Christmas.

I have been hearing so much about Animal Crackers, a childrens store in Plano, from my clients. In Kristie's honor, I stopped by and bought a couple of adorable new diva outfits. What a store. Its like Baby Couture!

Here is Kristie opening the first gift of the day, which happened to be what I bought her at Animal Crackers.

Of course the tears started flowing when she saw the first tiny baby outfit.

Yes, I got three outfits. I went a tad over board. I won't go into the bows and shoes I bought. Oh wait, I bought 4 outfits. hehe. I love this dress, it will be perfect for photos!

More gifts from the family.. more tears....

i still can not believe she is pregnant, Im SOOOOO happy for her!

She is doing her nursery in lady bugs. The lady bug baby stuff she got was too adorable. I thought it would be cute to get a Lady Bug cake and surprise her. There is only one place in town I call. A&J Bakery.. I have ordered several custom cakes in the past and they never let me down. You name it, they can make it, not to mention the cakes are to DIE for. Heaven in your mouth!

Everyone has to touch the belly. It's good luck, right?

And the Daddy! Daniel, its not your Bachelor party, its a baby shower. He was kicked out so the girls could have their shower. Of course the boys didn't go to the library, they were kicking it at happy hour.
Here is Daniel after the shower with his bottle and boppy. I think he needed that boppy the next day for his headache.

Say it Aint So
 Dear Tony Romo      Monday, 10/29/07

Dear Tony Romo,

WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You knew this was coming. This was not the way I wanted to wake up this morning. Enjoying a morning cup of joe, catching up on work. Then I see in my blog reader, Celeb Gossip pages are all a buzz over you and FREAKING BRITNEY SPEARS!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? I almost lost last nights dinner. I know I didn't write you after last weeks game. I thought it unnecessary being it was an average game at best. Hey, we will take all the wins we can get, but you need to take it up a notch.

Britney Spears fumbles her own CHILDREN!!!!!! You had an off week and you chose to go to L.A.?????? You chose to go clubbing with a panty less, bad weave wearing, children losing FREQUENT AND HABITUAL DRUG USER?????? This is how you spend your off week during one of the most important Football Seasons of your LIFE?????????

The only answer I can gather is you were drugged and forced by gunpoint to go to L.A. where Britney attacked you.

ITS FOOTBALL SEASON! You can party in the Spring. If you keep up this behavior, you will be sitting on a couch with Britney watching the Super Bowl because your ass wont be THERE! Of ALL people you could have chose. OF ALL PEOPLE! Even if the rumors are true and you are friends with her "cousin", PUT IT ON PAUSE!

I am so disappointed. Thats an understatement. IM SHOCKED!

TMZ reporting on it is one thing, but look what you forced Perez to do. LOOK WHAT YOU CAUSED!!!! He said you are "NO TOM BRADY".... . which you proved by choosing BRITNEY FREAKING SPEARS to cuddle with out of ALL the women in L.A. You should not have been in L.A. to begin with!!!!!! We play the EAGLES on Sunday. Ever heard of them?????????????

You have some explaining to do. Not only do I feel like washing my jersey, I feel like BLEACHING IT! EWWW its all Britneyfied now.

I have no idea how you will recover from this. If you shave your head, Im burning the jersey.

Aidyn
 Portraits      Tuesday, 10/23/07

I am way over due in posting these precious photos of Aidyn. Its pretty easy to photograph her because she is so full of personality. Aidyn is going to have 3 more siblings before long, so enjoy being a single child while you can girl!!!!!
( Yes, her mom is expecting triplets. ) TRIPLETS!!!!! Surprise!

I would like to help them in anyway I can. They were in no way expecting three more babies, ( no drugs, all natural) and mama is a teacher. If anyone would like to donate diapers, ( I am sure they can use this more than anything) or college scholarships please let me know. Just bring them to the studio!!!! We all know teachers are not on the highest paid professions list and they do so much. Please just think about them the next time you are at the store if you would like to donate anything. No matter how much you prepare for a family, four kids in a little of a year will be taxing.

Here is the cutie patootie, Aidyn.

I will be posting new baby photos all week.

I thought Dylan was adorable, so alert for a newborn. Look at those cute cheeks, you just want to pinch them.
Enjoy!

Into the Wild
 Hot Air      Thursday, 10/18/07

I love this book! I have the real book and the audio book.
The story of Christopher McCandless. One day he took off, no money and no job to explore all parts of the world. He wanted to llive his own life in the wild, and he did.

Go see the movie, buy the book, download the audiobook. The movie that Sean Penn directed which took almost ten years to get approval to make from Chris's family is in theaters now. I particularly like this review and interview from Time magazine. I love both Sean Penn's and Vedders answers, my favorite exchange below:

(TIME) The thing I can't figure out about Into the Wild is if it's a happy story or a sad one. McCandless experiences so much joy, but then he dies in the end ...

PENN: Let me tell you what I think. My Uncle Bill, who was dying--with 13 cousins that he had all with my Aunt Joan, they had a great, happy marriage for all their years. So there he is on his deathbed. He'd been in a coma a couple of days, and a priest has come in to give last rites. This was the first time, Irish that they are, that my aunt let a tear fall, trusting that his coma would make him unaware of it. Well, open come the eyes, and he sees. He catches her--she can't get away with it. And his last words were "What're ya crying about? You're gonna die too." Chris McCandless lived too short, that's true, but he, in my view, put an entire life from birth to the wisdom of age into those years.

The soundtrack by Eddie Vedder is beyond words. The lyrics a soundtrack to McCandless's life as much as the movie about him. I suggest everyone read in addition to listening to them. Think about Chris's story and how many times you have been in that place. ( Just wanting to take off and live by your own rules) I can relate to him. No one will know what went through his head.. but many can relate.

I am in love with this soundtrack. Vedder is a genius. I am going to copy a few lyrics from songs that I like.

From the song "Guaranteed"

On bended knee is no way to be free
lifting up an empty cup I ask silently
that all my destinations will accept the one that's me
so I can breath

Circles they grow and they swallow people whole
half their lives they say goodnight to wive's they'll never know
got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul
so it goes...

Kori and I both jumped on this song. Funny how you can feel people are in your head.
My favorite line from this song is: "Society you're a crazy breed, I hope you're not lonely without me". I think it may sum up so much of the story.

A few lyrics from the song "Society":

It's a mystery to me
we have a greed
with which we have agreed

You think you have to want
more than you need
until you have it all you won't be free

society, you're a crazy breed
I hope you're not lonely without me

When you want more than you have
you think you need
and when you think more than you want
your thoughts begin to bleed

I think I need to find a bigger place
'cos when you have more than you think
you need more space

society, you're a crazy breed
I hope you're not lonely without me
society, crazy and deep
I hope you're not lonely without me

And Finally... a few lyrics to the song "Long Nights"..

Have no fear
For when I'm alone
I'll be better off than I was before

I've got this light
I'll be around to grow
Who I was before
I cannot recall

Everyday can't be a great day
 Dear Tony Romo      Monday, 10/15/07

Dear Tony Romo,

Not every day can be a great day. You played wonderful! And lets face it, ya'll stuck in there for the first three quarters. We had hope. Maybe the defense forgot about the forth quarter? I bet they were tired from last week, where they had to go way over board. Lets just call it even. You won a game last week you had no business winning, ( but So thrilled you did!) and you surrendered this game to one of the hottest best quarterbacks in the NFL. Don't get me wrong T, you are yummy! Maybe it was this Stetson ad that Brady did which distracted you. You knew I saw it and you knew he was in Dallas. I really wish you would not have let that affect you. Tom Brady needs love too. Any woman who saw these ads would be loving on Tom Brady. I still love you, he means nothing to me. Really.

Besides you like Blondes and he likes sandy blonde supermodels. And I'm not sandy blonde.

But really he just got lucky on Sunday. Brady better hope he never crosses the boys again! He is just lucky eye candy. Thats IT!

Now the big question, do I finally wash my jersey or not? I say I wash those 47 points RIGHT OUT OF IT!

Love me some Romo!
 Dear Tony Romo      Tuesday, 10/9/07

Dear Tony Romo,

I love you. I know you didn't have your best game. It's not your fault. I am SURE there was supposed to be a Cowboy at the other end of those five interceptions. Its ALL T.O.'s fault. Even when it wasn't his fault, it was his fault. ( Except when they said he spiked the ball and he so obviously didn't). However, it was NEVER your fault. Still, you PULLED IT OFF!!! You rallied your team, you never gave up! You came back! And you looked SOOO good doing it. Hot. This game is over, and we only will go up from here! Im wearing my jersey proud tonight! Call me...

Seriously, HOW GREAT WAS THAT GAME?!!!!! MY BOYS! My ROMO!!!!!!! Games like that is why we watch and LOVE football!!!! They never gave up!

How cute is our new coach Wade Phillips? He is adorable in a Not-Hot-Like Romo kind of way. I like him, he seems *jolly*. And its nice the focus seems to be on the team and not a coach with a fish nickname.

Do yall think Romo and I look good together? I think so.

I think I hear something.... is that the sound of the Super Bowl????

EDITED:

OK I forgot you were there Kori... this shot was taken after the above shot. I should have included it. He is hot enough for two girls... I agree.. but I hear he likes blondes! :)

Yosemite
 Travel      Monday, 10/8/07

Yosemite was amazing! Those HUGE trees, some which have been there hundreds of years! Can you imagine?! It was just so miraculous. I kept comparing it to Yellowstone and had to stop. Its just different. Equally as grand, but different. You don't see herds of buffalo or a wild moose, but you see so many other wonders. I think the photos can speak for themselves. I could live in a place like this all the time.

We did see bears. Two black bears near The Ahwahnee Hotel. A mama bear finding food for her cub. The lighting was terrible, but I got a couple of quick shots. Just watching them was great. They were ignoring their small fan club and going on about their business being bears. Turning over logs, looking for insects and roaming around. I am sure this time of year, before winter, all day is a food hunt. Mother and Cub:

The baby running over to his mom.

Sunset on Mono Lake
